Many organisations have sales KPIs


Many organisations have sales KPIs.

Fewer have coaching KPIs.

That’s a missed opportunity.

Sales leaders measure:

• Calls

• Meetings

• Opportunities

• Revenue

But how often do they measure:

• Coaching sessions completed

• Quality of feedback

• Skill progression

• Adoption of best practices

What gets measured gets managed.

The same applies to coaching.

If coaching matters, measure it.
