What personal data we collect
When you use the contact form, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Company or organisation name, if provided
- Your message or enquiry
- The coaching service you are interested in, if selected
Sales Performance System
When you use the Sales Performance System (SPS), we process the answers you provide during the assessment. No account or registration is required.
At the end of the assessment, you may optionally provide an email address. This email address is stored with the assessment data so that the assessment can be linked to you and International Coaching can, where relevant, follow up about the assessment. The email address is not automatically used for general marketing.
The SPS assessment currently does not collect your name. Assessment data without an email address therefore cannot be linked to a specific person through SPS itself.
Temporary SPS data is processed locally in your browser during an active browser session. Completed assessments are stored in the internal SPS dashboard. Completed assessment data, including any email address provided, is retained for a maximum of 12 months and then deleted.
Why we collect this data
We collect contact details to respond to your enquiry, provide information about our coaching services and discuss potential cooperation. SPS data is used to operate the assessment, review results and support related coaching and follow-up processes.
Contact forms
If you submit a contact form, we use the information provided to respond to your request. We do not use this information for other marketing purposes without an appropriate legal basis and, where required, consent.
Cookies and local storage
This website may use basic cookies required for functionality, security and website performance. SPS uses temporary local browser storage during an active browser session so that the assessment can function technically. If analytics or marketing cookies are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated.

Who we share your data with
