Everyone talks about strategy.
Almost nobody talks about governance.
Strategy answers:
Where are we going?
Governance answers:
How decisions are actually made.
If governance is unclear, strategy becomes theatre.
Leaders don’t fail because they lack ideas.
They fail because their organisation cannot decide.
